Beetroot Hummus

A splendid avatar of traditional hummus that adds colour and health to your table.

  • Beetroot, roasted- 2 cups
  •  Chickpeas, boiled- 1 cups
  •  Organic Olive Oil- 1/2 cups
  •  Tahini- 1/2 cup
  •  Garlic- 1 tsp
  •  Lemon Juice- 1 tbsp
  •  Water- 1/2 cup
  •  Salt- to taste

Put all ingredients except Tahini in a blender with 1 cup oil. Once it’s all a big lump add in tahini and remaining 1 cup oil and pulse till it reaches the right texture.
