Black Sesame Hummus

Another interesting and wonderful variation of traditional hummus.

  •  Black Garbanzo beans, boiled- 5 cups
  •  Organic Olive Oil- 2 cups
  •  Tahini- 1/2 cup
  •  Black Sesame seeds- 1 cup
  •  Garlic- 3 tsp
  •  Lemon Juice- 3 tbsp
  •  Water- 1 cup
  •  Salt- to taste
  •  Paprika or sesame seeds for garnish
  1. Put all ingredients except Tahini in a blender with 1 cup oil. Once it’s all a big lump add in tahini and remaining 1 cup oil and pulse till it reaches the right texture.
  2. Garnish and serve with Gluten free crackers for an ultimately healthy treat
