An absolutely power packed hummus. A super hit with edamame lovers.
- Edamame- 2 cups, (shelled, defrosted & boiled 5 minutes)
- cilantro- 1/2 cups
- Organic Olive Oil- 1/2 cups
- Tahini- 1/2 cup
- Garlic- 1 tsp
- Lemon Juice- 1/3rd cup lemon juice
- Water- ¼ cup
- Salt- to taste
- Garnish with sesame seeds.
Put all ingredients except Tahini in a blender. Once it’s all a big lump add in tahini and ½ cup oil and pulse till it reaches the right texture.
