Edamame Hummus

An absolutely power packed hummus. A super hit with edamame lovers.

  • Edamame- 2 cups, (shelled, defrosted & boiled 5 minutes)
  •  cilantro- 1/2 cups
  •  Organic Olive Oil- 1/2 cups
  •  Tahini- 1/2 cup
  •  Garlic- 1 tsp
  •  Lemon Juice- 1/3rd cup lemon juice
  •  Water- ¼ cup
  •  Salt- to taste
  •  Garnish with sesame seeds.

Put all ingredients except Tahini in a blender. Once it’s all a big lump add in tahini and ½ cup oil and pulse till it reaches the right texture.
