Green Pea Hummus

A wonderful variation of traditional hummus.

  • Green Peas, roasted- 4 cups
  •  Organic Olive Oil- 2 cups
  •  Tahini- 1 cup
  •  Garlic- 2 tsp
  •  Lemon Juice- 1 tbsp
  •  Water- 1 cup
  •  Salt- to taste

Put all ingredients except Tahini in a blender with 1 cup oil. Once it’s all a big lump add in tahini and remaining 1 cup oil and pulse till it reaches the right texture.
