  • Apple- 2 large
  •  Banana-1/2, sliced and frozen.
  •  Acai berries or blueberries- ¼ cup
  •  Flaxseeds- 1 tsp
  •  Ginger- 1 tbsp (juice)
  •  Honey- 1 tbsp

Juice all the fruits and combine with ginger juice. Stir in the honey and capsule contents and sprinkle with flaxseeds.
