A powerful anti-inflammatory, high on antioxidants and with a packed punch of beta-carotene. Also, Carrots are great for weight loss, are low in calories and full of fibre. A tall glass of carrot juice should keep you full until lunch

  • Carrots- 6 large
  •  Oranges- 2
  •  Ginger- 1 inch
  •  Turmeric- ½  inch or ½ tsp Ow’Zeal turmeric powder (contains benefit of 5% natural curcumin)
  •  Ice- 4 cubes crushed

Juice the ingredients and then put into a blender along with crushed ice.
