Vegan Banana Cashew Cream

  •  Banana  3 pcs
  •  Cashew cream  120g
  •  Coconut sugar  30g
  •  Vanilla essence  2 drops
  1.  Slice bananas roughly and caramelize them in a pan with coconut sugar.
  2.  Once cooled blend the banana’s along with the cashew cream and vanilla essence.
  3.  Once blended, transfer to a piping bag and chill.


Storage Time:

  1. In Fridge: 3 days
  2. In Freezer: 20 days
