Amit Katkoria initiated into the meditative way of life in 2000 and started a new prospect towards the divine. He learned how to bring about a balance between life and work. On the work front, he was climbing the so-called “success ladder” and was fully engaged with big corporate challenges. However, slowly he started realizing that his interests are more towards the physical wellness and spiritual exercise.
After diving deep into Zazen, Kundalini, Vipassana. he found that only yog unites the mind, body, and soul. Finally, in 2016, he left his full time job and surrendered himself to Abhy?sa (practicing) S?dhana (dedication) and Chaitanya (consciousness) of yoga. He has learnt two main types of yog (Hatha & Asthanga Vinyasa). He started sharing his learning and understanding with friends and students.
Today he continues to spread this warmth and passion for yog with people of same interest all across.
