Om Prakash Gaur has been practising and teaching yoga for 20 years. A member of Yoga Alliance US and UK as a senior yoga teacher, he is qualified to draw from various practices and incorporate them into a rich and satisfying experience.

He is committed to making a difference in the educational field by applying his wide knowledge of Yogic philosophy & Psychology. When not in Goa Om is sharing his in-depth knowledge with yoga teachers around the world.

My philosophy on yoga is to find and face challenges on the mat, so that we may live our lives effortlessly. My classes are challenging, uplifting, and approachable. We offer regular Hatha and Restorative (Iyengar) classes focusing on strength, flexibility, alignment, rejuvenation and restoration.

Our Hatha classes give you a connection between the neuromuscular activity and energy centres or chakras of the body through a marriage of traditional yogic techniques and modern knowledge of anatomy.

Our Iyengar classes are inclined towards restoration, healing and realignment of the body through gentle stretches and Yoga Postures or Asanas, aided by a variety of props which leads you into passive relaxation allowing complete surrender.

In addition, throughout the year we run Two Week Intensives and Teacher Training Courses.  The Two Week Intensive deepens your yoga knowledge and works to improve your skills as a practitioner, strengthening any areas of weakness. The practice is  3-4 hours every day, including the practice of Kriyas – Mudra – Pranayam and Meditation along with advanced Yogasana practices.

Teacher Training Courses focus on small groups of not more than 10 people at a time so as to ensure the quality of individual learning (200 hrs and 300 hrs YTTC) and are designed for students to gain an in-depth level of yoga knowledge. We teach all Kriyas – Pranayama – Mudra – Yogasanas and Meditation and includes yoga philosophy, as well as the knowledge of traditional and modern yoga.


Through a variety of poses and conscious sequencing, our classes and workshops build strength, flexibility, and balance through stability.

They provide the space to discover the truth in transition, and the sense of lightness you’re looking for in your practice taking you beyond the physical aspects of yoga and bringing you into your own sacred space.
